Tap "Sign Up" to open the New Profile page.

Complete the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields. Next, enter a password. The password must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. Re-enter the password - they must be identical.

Switch off the "Join Existing Company" option, new sections will be revealed beneath. Complete the Company Name field.

Optionally, the appearence of the app can be changed to better match your company's corporate identity. Tap the "Logo" icon to select the company logo image. This must already exist in the device's Photo Library. The image should be no more than 200KB in size, and PNG format with a transparent background is recommended.

The colour of general text, page titles, section headings, and buttons can be selected from a colour picker. Also, the background type can be set as a solid colour, colour gradient, or an image (the image must already exist in the device's Photo Library and be no more than 200KB in size).

It is highly likely that the chosen colours may not work well together but they can be altered later from the Settings page. When a user joins the company, the logo, text colours, and background will be applied automatically.

Finally, please read the legal documents and indicate that you agree to the Terms & Conditions, then tap the Sign Up button. A new account will be created and you will be signed in.
